Not surprised once he heard it was us and Wolves.

We all know where he would have gone had Wigan been involved ;)

Brighton look to have won the race for CAFC summer target Jodi Jones - SLP

Palace also aware of Shilow Traceym the Ebbsfleet striker who scored twice for the U18s. He's now on trial at Ipswich having already been to Spurs - SLP

Igor is out until "after Christmas" following his groin operation - SLP
  • We won't see Igor this season.

We are not an attractive team to sign for anymore. January targets will go elsewhere.

agree with this, with the poor set up we have at the moment we dont have much of a chance of signing anyone that any other championship and possibly league 1 club is interested in

    Totally agree, bert.

But do RD & KM appreciate that's the case ?

Will you still think that if we go on a good run and are in the top half by January?

Not at all but saying we're not an attractive team to sign for anymore is like saying no decent manager would come here. It's not really true is it. From the outside I'm not sure anything has changed in the past few months, players will still come here if we offer enough money. Others will turn us down but that was always the case with our budget.

#rufc have signed defender Stephen Kelly on a deal until the end of the season, subject to FL and FA clearance.

    For Gawd for that.

Must have been terrible for his family him getting lost on his way to a pre-season friendly to play for Charlton and only turning up now in November.

Maybe Rotherham just had enough money for one signing, and went for Kelly rather than Vaz Te

There is clearly a very good player in there somewhere and he's the sort of player that gets people off their seats but not sure he's a team player or if he consistent enough. Or fit enough.

But in a good team and when fit he is something different and unpredictable.

Difficult one as we need depth and variation in the squad but a decent fee would come in handy too to bring down the debt strengthen the squad

Vetokele and Watt sold, Makienok signed on a perm, KAG, Reza, Vaz Te and Lookman (on a long term deal) would people be ok with that?

    Plus 1

  • Wouldn't surprise me re Watt. With Mak, Reza, KAG, Vetokele and now Lookman and Vaz Te, one or two are probably going to go.

    Not really

Would prefer to see if we can get the old Igor back first before we sell him.

KAG and Lookman are both talented but very young. Look how up and down KAG has been. Can expect the came from Lookie.

Vaz Te needs to get fit and show he can still do it. Could be a Jim Melrose/Garth Crooks type signing though. (think Glenn Murray/Kevin Phillips at Palace younger people)

Reza? Still don't think he's a Championship player

Shouldn't sell any, we need strength in depth.

Igor and Watt still have a lot of promise. I do agree we should get Mak on a permanent, he is very good for our team.
