I popped up to the ground this afternoon to get a shirt and some tickets and went for a general snoop about. The big gates in the SW corner were open so I had a quick look around and had a nice chat with some of the ground staff. I can honestly say it's been a very long time since I saw the place looking that good. If they can't play some decent football on that surface then they want shooting. The staff all said what a difference RD has made. Proper investment with proper equipment to do a proper job. It just needs the players to do their bit now. Having listened to the Peterborough game last night it would seem that a lack of fire power is still a cause for concern. At least we'll have decent surroundings to look half decent in.13
