I'm not going-just cannot face it. Ugly atmosphere. My next game will be Burnley. Dreadful state of the Club at the moment

Know how you feel. I know there are some rejoicing that SCP has gone, but I am just sad. I wanted him here even if we went down. If this guy does not get 4 points in two games there will be calls for him to go. No loyalty shown by RD, I owe him nothing. He has a huge job. At this moment in time, I just don't care.

    Ridiculous.

Tin Tin is too short to be a centre=back

They said that about Chris Perry.

Actually - wasn't he born in Antwerp?

Someone has to give some protection to Audrey out on the wing.

A comprehensive and utterly depressing defeat, probably 2 or 3-0.

Walking down Floyd Road after the game knowing that we're definitely going down and we're about to get hammered at Millwall. Realising that very few of the things that made you start watching Charlton in the first place are still there or still relevant. Knowing that we'll be in League 1 next season playing in front of about 8,000 people. Wishing that I'd been more interested in music/art/cooking/theatre/dogging/origami/anything instead of football.

A comprehensive and utterly exhilarating win, probably 2 or 3-0.

Walking down Floyd Road after the game knowing that we're definitely staying up and we're about to win at Millwall for the first time in years. Still realising that very few of the things that made you start watching Charlton in the first place are still there but you will continue to support the team and your club, come what may. Sure that we'll still be in the Championship next season playing in front of about 18,000 people. Pleased that I hadn't been more interested in music/art/cooking/theatre/dogging/origami/ or anything else.

Who really knows whats going to happen! Really sorry to see Powell go - but life and the team goes on. Got to try and be optimistic and keep up the support!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Just undone the noose and chucked the valium down the bog. COYAs

just through the door comes the season ticket renewal form------what great timing less than 2 days after the dross at Sheff Utd and todays confusion etc etc plus it has the wrong name on the address !

'Having spent a year at Charlton Athletic I have now begun to implement my own thoughts and ideas on how the club should move forward commercially. The changes we are making soley to prepare the club for a Premier League return and to bring fans back to the Valley season on season'.

To prepare the club for a Premier League return ? Bring fans back to the Valley ? I hope Ben has got a Plan C ready as if the strategy is for a Premiership return, then that is not looking good for next season. Ben has been taking 2chalet and Katrien's PR statements as Gospel it seems.

I'm going to have a punt on 4-0 to Huddersfield. I think we'll hold out for 20 minutes or so.

I'll be putting the good brandy in the flask, decent pork pies in the goody bag, trying to enjoy the game, and hopefully something good happens.

Score a goal for Chrissy Powell

Might be a good song for the team and Roland Rat.

Captain Haddock is a bit of a unit though.

I presume it's too late to change, so Chris's managerial column will still be there...
And publicity for another doomed SG Q & A ...this time NWKA's !
