Think that's Scott's next three year deal will be easier for him than getting this one. I'm sure he will do well.

Best of luck Scott. Wasn't really the biggest fan of his playing talents (we've had an awful lot worse over the years though) but you could never knock his effort or attitude and seemed a very pleasant young man when I briefly met him while he was collecting his MOTM award after CP's first game in charge so I wish him all the best.

Brizzle is probably a good move for him, not too far from home and they'll be an ambitious league 1 side so he should get games and have a chance to develop. He should do well down there and hopefully next time he gets a crack at the second tier he'll be a better player and an established part of promotion winning team.

Good luck Scott- thought you played your best football for us in your fleeting appearances last season and shouldn't have been dropped from the team.

Hopefully this move will be the making of you......

Good luck Scott, you have the potential easily to be a championship player. Always thought your generation was let down by a Charlton youth setup that neglected tactical acuity

You're now with a manager who is nothing short of brilliant in how he sets up his sides and tutors his players. Hope it works out for both you and O'Driscoll. You're one of the few players in the last few years I'd love to see back at the Valley, for us or in opposition.

This clip encapsulates what I love about the game. The geometry of play: the arc of the cross from the corner and the crisp pass from the left to Waggy, in space just outside the box, who hammers a searing shot. The anticipation of the crowd, springing to their feet while the ball's still in flight. The keeper's despairing dive. The explosive ecstasy as it hits the onion bag, and the delirium of the spectators. Love it. Can't wait for 3 August.

Best of luck, one of the most under appreciated players I've seen at the Valley. Few of his critics would have the spirit to put in 5% of the effort that he expended every game. I hope they absolutely smash the league. Him and JET will be an absolute handfull

How did they fare today, Morts?
Glad you asked they both scored on their debut.

Really cracking goal yesterday. I'm still sad he's gone.
  • Well done Scott, have a great season and hope that you will be appreciated at Bristol City.
  • Met him last year along with my son, spent a while chatting. Really nice guy and I'm sad he's gone but I reckon he'll do really well at Bristol City.

The one decision of SCP's so far that I disagree with or question at least.

Good luck Waggy you were a proper Charlton player.

Waggy is at an age where he needs to be playing regular football. He cannot spend his entire career bench warming in se7.
