I'm hoping I'll be able to grab 3 tomorrow, sounding like that should be OK? Happy to sit in the gods as long as I am there!

Some clarification on this - I've been at the sharp end of a series of ticket moves, reclassifications and cancellations (refunds) and the ticket office processed all. Not sure if they will be as compliant once the PDFs go out, that might depend on the policy with Wembley.Er_Be_Ab_Pl_Wo_Wo_Ch said:
I haven't seen this on the website, changing price type appears to be disabled. I think it's a phone call to the ticket office, who I'm certain will be able to resolve.Pelling1993 said:Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere but I haven't seen it. One of the guys I sit with has bought 4 tickets but accidently made 2 of them over 65 tickets, is there a way to 'upgrade' them back to a regular adult ticket?
Edit - am working my way through the thread, some posts suggest no changes allowed. Still worth a courteous call to the ticket office I reckon, seems daft to force groups to split up and rebuy tickets elsewhere instead of upgrading or, e.g. switching an Under 17 to an Over 65. I'm sure plenty of honest mistakes will be made this weekend, including some downgrades needing rectifying.
Phone lines seem for outgoing calls - so an email with a clear instruction is the way to go; leave your number if it's a complicated matter and they are ringing people back.1 -
I personally don't think it will go to Wednesday. I think they will go tomorrow.
But I also think we will get more tickets once we sell out, so everyone who wants 1 will get one3 -

To fall into that category though you would need to be so utterly desperate for a ticket that you can’t wait for general sale, yet neither you nor anyone you know is a Charlton season ticket holder, Valley Gold member or has over 150 points (or whatever today’s window is). Surely that description would fit a vanishingly small number of people?bobmunro said:se9addick said:
Is there really a secondary market for this match? Surely there are going to be enough tickets on general sale that anyone wanting to go won’t need to run the risk and increase cost of buying indirectly?Bedsaddick said:

I thought this wasn’t allowed with Wembley ticket policy? Is this touting in all but name?Where are these tickets coming from? Surely not season ticket holders buying them up and selling them on?
There will be until we reach general sale (and hopefully get some of Orient's allocation. Until then there will be plenty wanting to secure tickets that they believe will be sold out from direct Club sales.

What happened to the poster that had them stuck in their basket and not able to cancel? I cant remember who it was... I hope they got sorted! I had to go out and missed any updates.1

I just hate the idea of any of our fans getting fleeced, particularly when it’s not necessary in this case.bobmunro said:

Me. Apparently I’m not able to cancel, even though I pressed cancel after purchase, so I believe I still have the tickets I mistakenly selected. That will be fine, I just have a niggling doubt that the tickets will disappear, so I keep checking to see if they are in my account.Curb_It said:What happened to the poster that had them stuck in their basket and not able to cancel? We haven't had any numbers from the club yet, have we? Pure guess, I'd go with 28,000 sold so far. Anyone reckon more, or less?Gravesend_Addick said:I personally don't think it will go to Wednesday. I think they will go tomorrow.

But yeah, it ought to be a general sale in both ends, right up until Saturday. I know everyone wants tickets asap but those brave to wait for a bit could pick up some cracking middle-tier seats if/when those blocks open up later in the week.1 -
So, do we think it is still a case of if further blocks are made available to us?Er_Be_Ab_Pl_Wo_Wo_Ch said:

Can anyone remember how/when extra tickets were made available to us in 2019?0 -

Within our section there are 4-5 middle tier blocks that haven't been released yet - and possibly some similar blocks in the middle tier along the sidelines, reserved for hospitality sales, that could become available.superclive98 said:

Elsewhere, encroaching into the Orient section I'd imagine will happen if the need arises, but not before we sell the majority of what we have, and there are currently great swathes of available seats in many of the upper tier blocks.
Wednesday or Thursday would be my estimate for the extra middle-tier blocks; but I'm only guessing based on 2019.1 -
I think they have to plan for this.superclive98 said:

Can anyone remember how/when extra tickets were made available to us in 2019?Orient with less ST holders will be more reliant on the Wednesday general sale for their sales. If we sell out tomorrow, or early in the general sale window on Wednesday, Wembley know there is a real risk of Charlton supporters buying from Orient’s general sale, given the closeness of postcodes etc they won’t be able to differentiate addresses of purchasers like you could with a team from Bristol and a team from Yorkshire .So they must be keeping back some upper tier central blocks to release to us in a contingency.
Thats my logic thinking of it.7 -
The club would be well advised to put a number out. Not only would it offer clarification to those waiting but a high number will help to drive additional sales on general sale. I understand it’s not their priority to provide regular updates but it’s not sensible to say nothing either.43

The question is whether you take a chance of missing out altogether by not buying the tier 5/6 tickets that are available now, in the hope that better seats become available later.1 -

2019, our initial allocation was 36,918.
An extra allocation of 2,091 went on sale on the Wednesday.
We sold 38,227 in total.

I’ve got a hectic day tomorrow, but have had an ‘Emergency procurement meeting’ put in my calendar for 1.50 - 2.20, so I need to get it wrapped up without a glitch.7

Now that today 2pm rush is over, could someone be soo kind to have a look at what’s roughly left for us souls waiting till tomorrow when they have some spare time this evening.Loyal supporter - had season tickets for 5 years as a teenager and still get to about 4/5 home games a season and a couple of aways despite living in the midlands now with 2 small kids!
Went to Wycombe home tie last week and was stuck on the last row of the top tier for the last play off at Wembley - hoping to avoid that again but seems like we still be up in the gods based on what people have posted so far.Thanks0
