exactly, the link's now started working but I now can't buy my group because I have tickets elsewhere (though I think we now have enough tickets between us!)Uboat said:If hundreds of season ticket holders are buying other seats because they can’t get their own it’s going to look like a sell out tomorrow only for loads of seats to suddenly become available on Tuesday.0 -
I have clicked on the “Here” in the alert box and two of our three season ticket seats are available, but why not the third? We all sit together and the 25/26 season tickets were all renewed together. I tried to buy it separately but it’s greyed out.
Will persevere.0 -
This also works if you are trying to buy your usual ST seat (well it did for me).

A lot of the above issues are with Safari. Try using something different as Chrome worked for me.0

I am still waiting for the confirmation email with tickets and had the same thing with renewing my ST last week. I only got it resolved by asking the ticket office to resend the email and it eventually arrived although in my spam email. Perhaps a quirk of the system that their automatic emails don't find their spot?!WrightCharlie said:
Mine came through a few mins after I finished the buying process on the ticket sitecherryorchard said:Managed to get tickets! Anyone know when should I expect to get them emailed to me?0 -
Mate - don’t got to the general buy tickets section. You have to click on the alert top right to get your season ticket. Click on the word “here” to get through.East Kent Addick said:Anyone having trouble buying their own season ticket seats for home leg1 -

Thanks for that redbuttle. Was driving me crackers!1 -
I’m concerned about the average intellect of our fan base.17

Regular seats locked in. Worth any and all hassle imho - hope we can replicate the atmosphere of that Doncaster game without the penalty shoot out dramas we had to endure. Up the Addicks!!1

I've finally got in and bought three seats: mine and grandson's ST seats but the next seat along for Dad.
I was struggling to work out what to do until I read posts above saying you had to click the actual word "here", so thanks everyone!
My brother has had an almighty faff trying to do his seat though - the club had introduced the safe standing areas upstairs this season but my brother's seat was at the top of a stairway so had no barrier in front of it. A while back he got a call from the ticket office to say that his seat had been removed for safety reasons and so he had to be relocated.
Since then he's been in what we called the "buffer" seat between his two and my two (when he took over Mum and Dad's STs a few years ago he moved them from 240/241 to 235/236 because that's where he stood anyway, we'd use that buffer seat if Dad wanted to come and on the rare occasions we sold lots of tickets we were less likely to have anyone buying a single ticket between us so we'd still have a bit of elbow room).
However the seating plan on the ticket website still shows seats 234 and 235 as existing and 237, which is now bro's ST seat as unreserved and available! Our details page still shows his ST seat as 235 but he couldn't select it to purchase ... because it doesn't exist! He ended up buying 236 and 237 and said he's looking forward to the eventual purchaser of 235 not having a clue where their seat is!
Bloody shambles!

Just tried to print my ticket but my printer has decided to go kaput. To save me having to buy a emergency printer does anyone know if I be able to scan the ticket from my phone at the door?0

Yes you will...... I bought one for a mate for Lincoln game and the ticket office said it'll work with a scan.... and it didHal1x said:Just tried to print my ticket but my printer has decided to go kaput. 100% Yes. No Issue. If I buy a cup ticket always use print at home and never ever print it. Just scan the code at the turnstileHal1x said:Just tried to print my ticket but my printer has decided to go kaput. It does now, but it showed as “broken link” for about the first 40 minutes of sale.Valley_Stroller said:This also works if you are trying to buy your usual ST seat (well it did for me).
I persevered and got my STs in the end, but as others have said, I suspect there’ll be a lot of others who booked what they could because they just couldn’t “get at” their own seats.2 -
Adult tickets bought for £19 each. Over 65 was £22.

Thank you. I do wish Charlton were as helpful and clear as some of our supporters! Having been online for about 40 minutes, finally got mine in the basket it then asks for date of births of all those who are in our party who have concessions even though we've all had season tickets. Anyway says I've got them and in fact email receivedCroydon said:ANYONE TRYING TO BUY THEIR USUAL ST SEAT:

The club really should have made it clearer how to buy your own ST seats though. Luckily I was busy at 11, so was able to learn from others.1 -
I have got ticket, amount gone through bank and order number. But not received e mail confirming .0

Had same problem. Said they were not "strong relationships". When I tried to update it it says they are already in another relationship group. Then charged me more for an over 65 than an adult.superclive said:I cant seem to buy my kids season ticket seats. only the adult ones show0 -
@stonemuse and I got ours with VG.Less than 10 minutes from logging in to website and tickets arriving by email.1

Thanks that worked - had to log in on another tab as that page with the red alert box didn't appear after getting through the queue. I missed the click here link on the select match option and clicked reserve on the Wycombe home leg option and its the link to get your season ticket seat on the subsequent page that doesn't work.Croydon said:ANYONE TRYING TO BUY THEIR USUAL ST SEAT:
