I eventually got to speak with ticket office yesterday & also had sent an email I got this response earlier today…as long as you have a transaction all seems good…
I also have still not had email confirmation -I got an email saying that emails "are taking slightly longer than usual to arrive" and asking me to wait until Friday (9th) to contact them again. The word 'slightly' is strange as usually I get an email within 5-10 minutes but by now it is a good 48 hours-hardly 'slightly'! There is still a bit of me fearing that the ST seats I picked for the semi final may end up being released tomorrow even though I have an order number and can see the tickets in my account-a pity the system does not have a 'print' option available?
They literally told you to wait until 9th, they are probably concentrating on cancelling/moving tickets of those who panicked purchased seats and now want to move them before the GR tomorrow at 11... plus the away allocation today.
Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but I have two spare tickets WSN N80/81. Purchased them, but then another friend also got tickets, so do not need these ones.
You will need Apple/Google Wallet for them to work. Happy to sell at face value (so £32).

Also today my mate told me who’s not a season ticket holder and got tickets yesterday 4 of them he has had his email and tickets and printed off. I have no faith hopefully mine will turn up. As frustrating as it all is @Brown59 the problems of the last few days certainly won’t be down to some low paid young girl answering the phones, who is probably exhausted having done it non stop over a Bank Holiday weekend. May be a coincidence I got the same girl both times (who was both helpful and pleasant), but the difficulty in getting through and the delays on hold once through suggests to me there has been far too few of them at the coal face, and those few of them have been working flat out and dealing with a lot of shit that isn’t there fault.
if anyone does want to kick off, demand to speak to a manager or leave contact details for a manager to call you. Don’t take it out on those that don’t deserve it.

Could only move mine to my usual seat.
Left it as it was hoping a football contact can get us corporate - then I'll return the pair for resale.

It has been frustrating, but in fairness to the ticket office, the interest is significantly higher than 2018 and 2019.
The area I managed to buy in the 2019 playoff semi-final with very few loyalty points was sold out within half an hour of the restricted sale this year.
Unbelievably I have just found and booked 3 tickets 2 in the West and 1 in NW. Sadly I just kept refreshing the screen and seats kept popping up. So anyone still looking don't give up. 🤞

There are bound to be "returns" as the ticket office move S/T holders back to their S/T seats when dealing with requests.
