What do we reckon on TC's current value in the transfer market?
3-4 mil

I think you’re underestimating how much money Championship clubs spend. This won’t be completely accurate but gives a good idea.
A promising young winger/striker can easily go for that sort of money, and a decent season in the Championship will mean he’s worth even more.
If someone is willing to pay 4mil for TC I’d snatch their hands off . As much as he’s been great this season , he’s unproven in The Championship . Show us the money .
Looking at that table, surely that means the club will spend 5-15 million on transfers this summer. That seems surreal right now. Can't remember the last time we dug that deep.

For context Bristol city paid QPR 2.5M for Sinclair another youngster similar to TC with 3 goals and 3 assists in 61 championship games with a year left on his deal who was forcing a move out. If Campbell stays in the summer and can get a few goals and assist we can easily demand a fee north of 5M in the January window

If he can prove himself in The Championship then I agree. Let’s hope we have that problem come January because that will mean he’s done really well .
I’m sure Leaburn will go so we’ll generate some cash but I expect a tight ship on outlays.
With the last 2 seasons Leaburn has had, he's not going anywhere.
The club simply won't accept a small bid for him and his injury record over the last 2 seasons will not command any bids big enough for the club to sell. I'll be amazed if anybody even comes in for him let alone puts more than about £1m on the table which I just don't see the club accepting.

Who would sign a player for what we’d ask who hasn’t been fully fit for best part of two years ? The answer is nobody. Not until he’s fit a proving he can stay fit and play in The Championship.
I think similar to Small, it is in Leaburns best interests to sign with us. He will get a platform and he will have the fans on his side.
A wrong move could ruin his career. He's only 21 and a very confident lad, a good bit of rehabilitation and a proper pre-season and he could be an asset to us.
I'd be quite happy to see him signed up longer and see what he can achieve. He is the player at Charlton with the most potential still imo, his performance against Wycome was one of the standouts of the season, thay simply couldn't live with him, and that was when they were at their best as well.
It’s reported that Liverpool have set a price tag of £45m for Joe Gomez. What was our sell on %?
20% so 9M if he goes for 45M
Not to be picky but I remember seeing a tweet from Cawley saying the figure was over 20% (without specifying the exact figure) but that was based on the profit made on Gomez not the whole fee.
Jordan Gabriel who some were mentioning on here has left Blackpool at then end of his contract and signed for Port Vale!! Not sure he was good enough for us based on this news

Quite happy that didn't go through. I am sure he's decent but we need someone for THE job, not to do A job.

Probably only on the profit they make though so slightly less than that. Where was 20% confirmed?
Can’t find where it was confirmed but I’m pretty sure that’s what I remember. Cawley confirmed back in 2020 we did still have a sell on clause though and 20% is usually the standard for youngsters as well

I’m guessing it was his agent using Nixon to help get him a better offer.

Only way would be a loan and a part wage deal, but I reckon Luton will bank on going up with their parachute payments and try to keep the squad.
It will be weird if Doughty stays in League 1 though, he's genuinely upper champ/lower prem level.

That's Harvey Knibbs, Keillor-Dunn and Galbraith all signed up.
