It probably depends on money.
Maybe you think Offiah and Rak Saki are definite Premiership players next season.0 -

Would he be worth approaching?9 -

I don't for a minute think that all the above WILL be sold but if the right offer came in and we had the right replacement lined up I'd not hang on to any of them.
Owners need to back Jones with a transfer budget of millions, rather than sell TC or Ramsay to fund it1 -

Considering we sold burstow for 1.6M we should at least be holding out double that for TC13

I was told we weee offered £2m for TC about 6 months ago and this is why we had to go up to keep him. That offer was seen as enough to make the owners sit up and listen as a league 1 clubthat value will only increase in the championship.
admittedly he wasn’t great in the playoffs but he has blistering acceleration and pace and can comfortably beat his man. The passing and crossing can be worked on but you can’t teach pace.
He will definitely increase in value if he starts the season even remotely well and I think he will. he’s a genuine asset to us and talk of selling him at the moment is just a bit daft45 -
^^^ I can’t believe the amount of fans who’d be willing to sell TC. Unproven yet above League One level but I believe he can step up.15

I had doubts before the play-offs that TC would perform because he's such a shy bloke and I don't think he benefits from the big occasions. But we'd have been lost without him this season and he's still only 21. He can get a lot better.4

Remember we signed Ramsay from Harrogate ! .. he admittedly had a good start at Chelsea etc, BUT there must be more rough diamonds in the lower leagues that we can find to polish2

Feel like Campbell has improved as a player in each of the three years he's been with us, its why I was so concerned when he seemingly went backwards under Appleton. He's not reached his potential yet1 -

A promising young winger/striker can easily go for that sort of money, and a decent season in the Championship will mean he’s worth even more.6 -

Even if TC doesn’t start the season well he shouldn’t be written off (though based on this thread he probably will). He’s easily going to develop into a player that can play at that level, why sell him before he’s reached that potential?4

Good shout Singer:
Stockport didn't miss Louie Barry initially but at the business end with the play offs they did miss his extra class. A bona fide Champ player at least who may have a higher ceiling.
In nearly every game 5 subs will be used by Charlton out of the pick from 9 with forwards and Midfielders mainly as Godden will run himself into the ground for 65 minutes and so will TC who will definitely find Championship defenders even better at closing him down. 30 games by Miles Leaburn from the bench or starting, with performances like Wycombe at home in the League would be advantageous 👏🏼
It looks a good quality Championship in 25/26 and we need to finish above teams like Oxford, Portsmouth, and I'm going to say it Wrexham, who after 3 promotions in a row will surely start to plateau soon. 🤞🏻

City have not ruled out trying to get the youngster back for next season, but will wait to see how he progresses in his recovery over the summer before making a decision, sources have told Hull Live. Championship rivals Birmingham City and Derby County are said to be big admirers of the player.0 -

Yes 2 million at that time sound about the figure that would be offered (far too low) after his improved form and the 3 games when be scored twice and was on fire.
"The value will only increase in the Championship" ?
That is the hope but it's really an unknown which of our Players will step up and which ones won't.
Ramsey is my favourite to look comfortable in the Championship even more than Lloyd but he might not always be able to correct his own mistakes which happened in League 1 when his pace and class meant he could always rescue a missed tackle or stray pass himself.
The king of the blocks 👏🏼

Garrymanilow said:We do have to remember though that it's only because of TC that we ever properly found our groove. There is nothing more important to our team than the pace and width that the likes of TC and Small force. It might be one thing to sell TC but we would have to replace him with a lightning fast winger/striker with the physical strength to hold the ball, the ability to finish chances and the strength to get kicked and keep going. Those don't commonly exist so we'd probably have to make one ourselves. That's what we did with TC; he put the work in over the summer to build his physique and then spent pre-season and the league matches that followed figuring out the striker role before being allowed to pull wider and working out how to link up better with his wingback, developing his far-post finishing and helping us develop a whole new dimension to our play. Realistically are there people we can afford to sign who can offer all that, and assuming not do we have time in the Championship to take a winger from someone else and try and turn him into the next TC starting from scratch? Easier to do that when you're playing the likes of Burton and Northampton not Leicester and Sheffield United. I think we'd be mad to sell him whatever the fee
he has to improve his first touch, he gets knocked over easily without getting many fouls given and to only
produce one assist all season just is not good enough, I am not saying sell him but I believe it is a position
we really need to be looking at.0 -

Have to also remember for every 1 Kayne Ramsay there 10 Gilbey’s Lavelle Kirk’s etc. recruiting from below banking on potential is too risky for the stage we’re at could get away with it as a consistent championship midtable team but when u need to stay up we need players we know are ready and can do it3

Agree on the likes of Gilbey, Kirk, Lavelle etc anyone that hasn’t been above that level before should probably be ignored now2 -

A bit like the Physio department, these are small sections of the club that have been ignored for the last decade because we've followed more bizarre processes with either Driesen / Martin Sandgaard's approach.3 -

Madness suggesting selling TC. We might be in a position for once where we can keep our best players and build on it rather than go up and need to replace them3
-
None of our better players will look comfortable in the Championship without signings across the board.Valuations will only grow if the team competes (I don’t mean challenge for promotion just not look like relegation fodder).I’m sure NJ knows who he wants but we have to wait to see if the club can get them.3
