I’m sure there are ways over the dual carriageway, although they aren’t obvious from the model & I can’t imagine sticking around too long outside, admiring the Mersey views, on a cold Tuesday night in December 🥶That said, hopefully we get a chance to play there in the Premiership before I get my pension!!
Anfield is even worse, you couldn't imagine a 60k stadium in London with such poor rail access.2 -

But I’d pretty happy if a move to a new Valley on the Thames looked like this from the outside.1 -

when I wen to Goodison recently we parked up in a housing estate, gave the "boss2 a tenner, and care was still there when we got back. Seemed to work as a system!0

Maybe more of you remember similar issues that day? Access wasn’t fully complete and there was only one long winding road in and out. Absolutely jammed with traffic and we ended up getting in about 15 minutes after kick off and there were plenty of cars behind us. We weren’t the sort of people to cut it fine either, we were on that one road in with about an hour to spare.0 -

Couple of artisan bakeries and coffee shops should gentrify the area.

Haven't even bothered etching their name or anything into the seats. Very generic.
It does look like it could be for any team that play in blue.0 -
Hoping they are doing stadium tours when our cruise ship pulls into Liverpool for two days in June. Better that than visiting places made famous by four blokes with mops for hair who couldn't even sing.1

Watched Everton v Posh in FA Cup on a THURSDAY night, so had a look at Bramley Moor Dock the next day. The point I have not seen on this page is the the area adjacent is to be redeveloped with 9000 new houses and associated facilities, so in a few years it should be in a swanky area, also a fanzone is to be built at the local rail station about 600 metres away, for AFTER match use, to entertain people whilst awaiting to board trains. Perhaps Brighton might consider this, remember freezing on the footbridge after a midweek 0-0.5

I remember on my only visit some idiots misbehaving so the away bars were closed after the game, but I just popped into a home area instead.4 -

Yeah the Amex is my major bugbear of a stadium, even worse when I'm a local so going back into Lewes doesn't really work for me. They've got planning for a Fanzone type thing down towards the station so that might help a bit but doesn't really help that Falmer station isn't really equipped for 32k crowds and the Park and Rides just sit in traffic too.2

Brighton is fine for a Saturday 3pm KO but went there on a week night and it was a nightmare getting away. Never again.
Also went when a few of ours apparently kicked off so the bars were closed after the game.

Of course they could sing. Just because they didn’t employ fake emotion and try to sound pained like the wallies you listen to, doesn’t mean that they couldn’t sing. Besides, you bought Wings albums.
I don’t understand why you’re always trying to undermine the Fab 4.2 - Sponsored links:

Agreed. Shows a lack of respect, knowledge and musical intuition0

Not really, no. I know that you’re not a fan but you’re always looking for an opportunity to dig them out. You often say that were over-rated which I disagree with but understand. Saying that they couldn’t sing though is a bit much. Maybe you’re expecting them to sing like a soul singer but they are not soul songs. I bet you can’t find a single song on which they’re not in tune.1
