When was the last time that an indirect free-kick was awarded for a keeper holding onto the ball for more than six seconds? The average time is 20 seconds now but it seems that those that enforce the Laws of the game don't seem to know that the rule exists.3

That penalty off their one break away is so frustrating. Absolutely no reason for that to happen the way it did and after the red this should have been a procession. Now I'm stressed3
