Unlikely, even in our last L1 promotion season we were barely getting over 12-13k at home. We even won our last 6 home games of the season, and only averaged 12K for those.

It's just how we are as a club. I've met more people in my life who had Charlton season tickets outside that weren't Charlton fans than were since we have been out of the prem..if that makes sense.

If we got back to the Premier League in this day and age, we would sell out every week, fairly confident about that. Or at least close to sell out.
I can't see our attendances being that much better in the championship.
Which is why I never thought the stadium expansion plans to 40k were remotely sensible, as that's way above the actual size of our true fanbase.
In London, a PL club will attract lots of casual fans. Yes they'll "like" Charlton, but if Brentford or Fulham are in the PL, they'll like them as well.

We have spent so long in league one that we have lost plenty of fans. The diehards among us keep going regardless but plenty don't. It will take a good few seasons to build our fanbase when we eventually leave the football wasteland that is league one.
