    Dean bowls yet another

England require 70 from 50 overs. Might be a struggle.

Jones with 40* (50) and Beaumont with 21* (35) see England chase down the total required with 10 wickets and 35.5 overs to spare. That will do our NRR the world of good.

'Experienced option to win an Ashes test' - nah that isnt Olly Stone - bit like saying lets bring on Kelman to help us score some goals.
Kelman helped us score a goal on Tuesday….just saying

In an extremely club 3s style twist, Bangladesh's clear best player turned out to be hiding down at 9

She batted superbly but then made a pretty brainless decision to take a single and allow their number 11 take the strike - who promptly batted like a club 3s tailender in trying to smash a ball for six rather than getting the number 9 back on strike.

We aren't playing Marufa very well - her inswing has resulted in two LBWs and a third one given but reversed on review. She can also move the ball the other way.

Absolutely ridiculous third-umpiring. Twice a review has been considered "inconclusive", but the decision has been overturned.

Surely if it's inconclusive, the on-field umpire's decision should stand.

£1,642,126.09 matched at 1.01 on England on Betfair. If I had in excess of £800,000 to win £8,000 I might be sweating a bit at 91-5.

    103-6

Amateur hour from Capsey. Opts to review an LBW when it was hitting all three but, fortunately, for England she was out of time to do so anyway.

Some serious technical issues with our batters - four out LBW playing round straight ones with the head falling over and nowhere near in line with the ball.

Up to Knight now to see the ship home but wouldn't want to get to the stage where we have to rely on Smith or Bell at the other end.

Would appreciate it if they could score more than 3 an over, going to get very tense otherwise

Looks like Cummins is going to miss most, if not all, of the ashes

Shame Boland is good too, would be more of a loss otherwise.

Main benefit to my eyes is that it weakens their batting, Lyon will be their 9 and Josh Tongue loves mopping up the tail

Boland is very good, especially in helpful conditions, but he's no Cummins who's an all time great. 309 wickets at 22, in all conditions.

    Their captain too.

Australia Women in big trouble against Pakistan at 59-4 and really struggling to play the spinners

At 1.01 I'm far more likely to be a layer than a backer but only if there is a trading opportunity in doing so. Backing at 1.01 is more for courtsiders at tennis matches or those at racecourse tracks.

76-7 and they still have almost 29 overs to go.

Beth Mooney, on 33* (38) must be spitting feathers at the ineptitude of her partners in playing what is slow spin on an even slower wicket.
