Drove past outskirts of preston today, it got up to 3 degrees,what little snow there was that was, in the sunshine was gone. The issue is where the sun don't shine there was frost that looked more than overnight old. Drove to Lytham where it had snowed overnight, even when the snow had started to melt the ground was rock hard.
Their official website has just put up the match preview, not a bleedin word about the weather!2 -

Spoke to a Preston fan and he said he couldn’t remember the last time they were off at home so was pretty confident it will be on (famous last words). Only doubts would be if the conditions are unsafe for fans outside and it’s a safety callBraziliance said:
