The club’s annual memorial will take place on Saturday, January 4th ahead of Charlton's Sky Bet League One fixture against Reading at The Valley.
Ahead of kick-off in SE7, supporters, players and officials from both clubs will remember the Charlton and Reading fans that were lost in the year of 2024 with a period of applause.
You can submit the names of your loved ones, friends and colleagues for the memorial by emailing memorial@cafc.co.uk or calling 020 8333 4000 by 12pm on Wednesday, January 1st.
The full list of names can be found in Valley Review, the official matchday programme, and will also be shown on the big screen during the tribute.
All of the names which have appeared in the Obituaries section of the matchday programme's personals page since the last memorial in January 2024 will automatically be added to the list, as will the names of supporters whose ashes have been scattered in The Valley's Memorial Garden during 2024.

Deadline is 31 December.
I asked the club and requested confirmation but haven't received one.
Thank-you.
Hopefully Janet Jarvis' name will be there, my mother in law's sister and part of a Charlton supporting family including season ticket holders. Only just seen Henry's December offer ... bugger!!!
Wishes to all who will have a name up there including Covered End and Lancashire Lad
Either way it was very clumsy and if one of my close families names was scrolling after the whistle was blown I would have been very upset. Hopefully a lesson learnt for next season at least.
I rather wished our players had had the gumption to remain where they were and ignore the whistle but hard to do that once Reading players had broken off.
Very disappointed today.
The ref was briefed pre-game and even told how long it would take for the names to scroll down on the screen.
To that we can now add that yesterday's referee has no compassion or feel for humanity.
Even if the club had made a boo-boo by including the Charlie Wright tribute at the beginning, therefore extending the agreed time required for the memorial, it surely can't have been that difficult for the ref to show a bit of common sense and let the names finish scrolling on the screen before blowing his whistle and allowing the teams to disperse.
I was uncomplimentary about the ref at the time on the match thread and my opinion of him hint changed since.
another 2 minutes to let the names go past would have made no difference whatsoever.
I will email the EFL with a similar complaint, don't expect a response, or a meaningful reply from them.
