If we lose to Walsall on Saturday, we would be guaranteed to be playing our league match against Bolton on that date since Walsall also defeated Bolton in the first round.
If we beat Walsall, the Bolton away game would be rearranged to a midweek later in the season.
Crikey. If that plays out and we go to Bolton for a dead rubber on a Tuesday in April we could see a turnout under the 250 of us at Burton the other night.

AFC Wimbledon v Dagenham has been delayed cos the ref has had to go off injured, and they've had to appeal for a qualified ref from the crowd to be 4th official.

Think it often fluctuates we just only remember the years with good stories. Coventry making the semifinals was good last year and non league Maidstone made it to the fifth round beating Ipswich and Stevenage on the way. Just doesn’t stick in the memory as there’s so much other football

Prefer the lowest team left away and just like today we play a strong 18 or at least the strongest available.
Up the Addicks!!
The magic of the cup is slowly fading. By round 5 it will be mostly Premier League sides.
League Teams not taking the initial tie seriously because they had the luxury of a replay if needed, and getting turned over as a result
