Idling, cars specifically. Boats too. Anything making emissions for no good reason, I.e. usually connected to going somewhere. Counted 4 cars and a lorry doing it today on a short walk in to town and back. It's against the law but very rarely enforced.1

Buses in the countryside. If one breaks down that's it. Now having to wait 2 hours for the next bus which will be packed with school kids. Not helped that it's freezing cold and I feel rough.0

The Sainsbury’s on Pickford Lane is shocking for this. WH Smiths (or whatever its called now)@ Bluewater, three self service tills, all needing supervisor help, one poor assistant on the till with a queue of about 12-15, who was unable to get off and reset them- no other staff anywhere.2
