Think it’s been updated to just the  last 2 years. I went from 700 to 610
  • Jesus ! We have almost 3000 tickets. I doubt if they will even sell out on the day. No need for all that hullabaloo.

We sold them all last year plus the extra allocation we were given. Jones' first game but we were also deep in relegation trouble, will probably get a decent turnout with new season hope so definitely worth using the loyalty point system although phases 1, 3 and 5 aren't necessary.
  • might go if any left when it gets to me

We sold just under 3,000 for the away game at Reading back in February

That was only because we wanted to tick off the new railway station  ;)

  • The stadium plan below may help people when selecting which stand/ area they prefer.

No point having a loyalty point system if it’s not used. Yes it may not sell out but can’t risk it.
Plus they won't get inundated with hundreds trying to buy on Day 1 and then complaining about some issue they are having.
  • erm, so just asking, for a friend, if ah, this under 25 ticket, would that require some sort of I.D?

You are actually so hilariously negative!
  • Anyone who's been in recent years know which is the family block? no clues on the website but all the other blocks accounted for.
  • They're at the front to the left of the goal if looking at it from behind.

But don't worry, I had tickets in there last year and it ended up as a 'sit where you like' game and we had to move as my son couldn't see anything as he had loads of people standing in front of him.

    Hope that helps 😉
  • I got my couple with no problem this afternoon.

I bought for family area last year, we were in the bottom corner, front couple of rows. Personally i found it difficult to see (I hate the first few rows) so we ended up moving and I found some seats about 10 rows further back

  • A Reading mate of mine says they have moved things about this year and says away fans also get a bit of the west upper if they have a large away support.

I was there in Feb for Jones first game as Charlton manager, and still probably his worst ever (so far!) as we were dogshit in the 2 nil loss. If it really counts as he had only been in the building for a few days before.

    We were dogshit though!

They were only marginally better than us on the day though because of that player who scored the goals and who it seems our friends down the road are just about to sign
  • We were also rubbish at Wycombe away under Nathan Jones.

It’s one of those grounds where if you turn up with a team that’s not got 11 men 100% committed to going toe to toe with the opposition for 90+ minutes then you are going to get rolled over. I suspect the current Charlton squad will be in their element this season…

Deffo, Reading weren't that much better and simply finished off the two half chances they had in the game.

I can't remember us troubling their keeper at all, we never looked like scoring there.

    Football was poor indeed.
I spent most of the match watching the Red Kites flying above,  way more entertaining.
  • Car park is a tenner for those wanting easy walk to access. They have a red and family red car park option.

Spent a fair bit of last season’s game watching a pair of Reading supporting prats initially goading us fans, before turning on themselves and being ejected. Morons!🤣
  • Ordered my tickets late Tuesday and arrived in the post today. Excellent service.

    Any idea on numbers sold?
