There's quite a big Twitter account (
@RedRobinsRetro) that sells Charlton Merchandise online. Around 10 weeks ago I purchased a jacket for £65 and was told it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, it's now been 10 weeks and despite every effort to contact the vendor, my Tweets and Emails are ignored.
Has anyone else used this person successfully? At this point, I'd like to get my money back and hopefully warn others from making the same mistake I did.

Enough people do it, it hurts financially for the company involved, as they cost about £15 to process each dispute.
