  • The Bin Dippers are going to win another Premier League title arent they!!
As long as it aint the Gooners, dont care.
Dont like the Dippers obviously but they are by far the lesser evil!
  • 20 goal involvements for Salah this season already. Charlton haven’t scored that many goals this season. Really hope he signs a new contract and stays in the PL, genuinely think he has an outside chance of beating Shearer’s goals record

(Also hate the bin dippers stuff. Taking the piss out of a city for being placed into poverty is really grim. Anyone can suddenly become poor at a days notice and its not something to be shamed for)
ok, will dirty vermin scousers suffice?!
  • When Salah scored some 10 seconds after Villas penalty appeal, had VAR signalled a penalty, would Mo's goal have stood? Always wondered what the outcome would be from that scenario.

you’re clearly on a wind up so I’m not going to have an argument here but it’s not needed and mean spirited and you’re an adult who knows better

That's fine I'll refer to them as the Wheel Nickers instead.
  • Anyway, think Liverpool look hard to catch this season. Obviously City will go on their usual crazy run in the second half of the season but can see them falling behind before then and Liverpool being more consistent than previous years

No, the goal wouldn’t have stood, if a pen had been awarded.

    Cheers ga.

I know you're looking for bites but I don't think joking about people's lives is on. Virtually any other comment I would have ignored but people died and we should respect that and not use it as ammunition.
  • No one likes scousers, the most annoying accent there is
But I’ll take them over any London based clubs all day long

city are done would have preferred them but the thieving scouse mob it’ll have to be

I don't think he'll even get close. If he gets to 25 goals this season he'll still be 80 short of Shearer. He's 33 next summer so he probably has max 2 more seasons left at this level, and to beat Shearer i'd say he'd need 4 seasons.

The only 2 players around today who i think would beat Shearer are Kane (but he has obviously left) and Haaland (but he will probably leave for Spain in a couple of years).
  • Dunno what half of you are doing on here, should be on Scouse Life wanking off about the special Anfield atmosphere or something.

Fuck Liverpool and especially fuck their fans. The only saving grace about their league win was it was mainly behind closed doors so their fans missed out.

Got a good team though and are gonna win it.

Romero does not learn. Goes flying into a tackle that he was miles away from making, earns a booking and Cash has to go off as a result but he has to hobble off too as a result of that challenge. Spurs' defence is porous enough without both their first choice CBs missing.
    Agree with Romero.  Pure stupidity.

As for porous, we've conceded the same number of PL goals as Arsenal.
Ipswich shouldn't be too much of a problem...
    Haha, well hello Dr Tottenham....
Come on. They haven't won a game all season. Bookmarked.
Just reminding you of this at HT.  Deary me, I cant say its a surprise to me.
  • Having given Palace their only league win of the season, and then beating Man City and Villa, Spurs are now losing 2-0 at home to Ipswich.

    #Spursy

Hope you lumped on at Ipswich at 14/1 on Betfair. Would trade out now at 1.80 for an "all green" book as Spurs will end up winning. Even if it's draw you'll still be in front.
  • Forest are seriously good this season

  • I wonder if Ipswich will hang on? They’ve thrown away quite a few leads already this season.

Yes Forest have had a great start but they don't have the class and potential of Newcastle.

I have had a nightmare weekend with my predictions, other than tipping Newcastle to win 2-1 at Forest.
So Barnes comes on and gets a 3rd !

Great Goal by local Geordie lad Joe Linton with the 2nd. If he was a Brazilian, they would be raving about that goal 🤔
  • Palace in the bottom three if Ipswich can hold on
    Which they do
  • Wolves and Ipswich getting their first wins of the season this weekend. Palace in the bottom 3. End the season now  :D

Just for the avoidance of all doubt, at no point have I
made a joke of the poor 39 Italians that died at Heysel in 1985, which I watched in absolute horror as a 9 year old on TV as a direct result of the behaviour of Liverpool fans where in my eyes, no justice has been served, unlike Hilsborough.  So please dont accuse me of that.

My comment was not a joke, it was referring to factual information and using a term Spurs have called the Scousers for almost 40 years.

A lot of people, a lot of posters on this forum dont like the Scousers. They even boo our own national anthem FFS.

I take offence you've used the word ignorant.  Far from it thanks very much.
  • Well done Ipswich, thoroughly deserved 3 points.
Spurs were nothing short of disgusting.
  • Never thought I'd say this, but come on Chelsea

John boy, when Spurs hit top gear they are great to watch for a neutral and I have always enjoyed their attacking intentions but what I watched in the 2nd half against Galatasaray, Spurs  kept giving the ball away and only poor finishing meant they only conceded 3.

When Spurs are good, they are very, very good but when they are bad they are horrid; sounds like the latter today.

Must be a head scratcher for you loyal fans bereft of silverware.
  • Seems weird to only bring Maddison on in the 84th minute, seems like Ange really doesn’t fancy him
