I signed in and bought a ticket and it showed a Season Ticket holder discount of £2 automatically - so was charge£8.00

Really? That’s frustrating as I only bought them yesterday from the club shop!

Did the person serving ask for your ID number, if so & you are a season ticket holder you should have received the discount.

They took my postcode as I couldn’t remember my fan id. I got an email confirmation of my ticket purchase. £10 looks right looking at what you posted earlier. Guessing @CafcWest is over 65 or under 21 👍🏼

Oops.   Sorry guys (@m@mart77) - just re-read the ticket - the discount to £8 wasn't S/T related it was because I am over 65!

Discount should automatically be applied when you buy the ST, if it's linked to your fan ID. Email Valley Gold if not and they usually sort it quickly.

Clicked on to the link in the e-mail from Charlton for Portsmouth game, then tried to sign in, it doesn't accept my password so clicked to Reset Password not received email to change password, checked spam folder nothing. 

Anyone any idea to get round this or do I have to phone them ?
