Some of the stick he's gotten this season has been well over the top, especially given how mistake-prone Gillesphey still looks. He's played all across the back three and at LWB. I've been really pleased with him.

Bit harsh on Gillesphey there, he didn't cover himself in glory for their second but he's hardly looked "mistake prone" in general.

Really? I feel like he's had about four mistakes that have led to goals, three in possession. It's not just today, it's been since he came in. He looks very good at times as well, don't get me wrong. But my worries with him are lack of mobility and mistakes in possession.
I know I've been saying this since he came in, but I still feel like his future is in the middle of the back three. I think that will allow him to sit a little deeper and distribute while not having his lack of pace be as big of an issue.
