AMB: 3.5- added a point for saving us at times of an embarrassing scoreline. He looks unconfident, he is reckless, he doesn't command his area, he doesn't communicate or marshall his defense, he doesn't distribute quickly or efficiently. I don't rate him, I reckon there's at least 10 keepers better in the league. Aware this was a cup game.
ASIIMWE: 2.5 - completely ineffective. Another player who had a promising start but has declined.
NESS: 2- he is pants, no different from Charlie Barker, Toby Stevenson or any other overrated academy product. Needs a loan.
JONES: 6 - I can't justify any higher, our best defender by a long, long way, but we still conceded 2. He's desperate for a partner.
EDUN: 4.5 - bumper point for actually attempting to get the ball moving. Just wasn't his day. Deffo should have stayed on over Nathan.
DOBSON: 4.5 - might seem harsh, but as our captain, he will take a lot of the brunt from me. Like Ash, he isn't commanding enough, not commanding enough. Poor passing.
L.WATSON: 3 - well, Appleton will certainly think he was right dropping him, complete pedestrian. Showed up by 2 ex- Addicks we decided weren't good enough.
T.CAMPBELL: 2.5 - loan. He has to go on loan, I was a big fan but he's getting worse and worse and it's not going to do his confidence any good. So wasteful with the ball today.
MAY: 5 - effort was there, must be frustrating being so good and let down by fraudulent players around you. Also doesn't help he has no one on his level to play up top with and add to his game. It's vital we sign him a strike partner.
CBT: 5 - Might be a high mark, but most of our attacks came through CBT, issue is, his end product was pants. It's always going to hold him back from getting to the next level.
TEDIĆ: 1.5 - This feels generous, absolute donkey of a player. Looked alright against Cheltenham, useless today.
