People may know better than me, but that nutritionist role for the whole mens team and academy seems like a rather large undertaking when you’re offering it out as a 1 day a week role.

I can't quite work out how the job would work, as it's effectively 1 day a week, but instead of just being a regular day of the week it "includes work on weekends and evenings"

'Weekends and evenings' sounds to me as if it might be some sort of match-day role.
