Not even room for Chandler and Stuart.

Why is Hasselbaink in the squad? - Other than he was stealing a living
Served time in Holland but yes, that joke was used in the article

    Who's Ashton?

Tresor Kandol got locked up whilst at Barnet, another one for the bench, although pressing for a first team place as he did do some proper porridge.

I see Welsh is on the Bench.
Would that be the great Don Welsh who lifted the FA cup in 1947 and played 3 times for England scoring 1 goal ?

The two biggest achievements in Don's career is lifting the cup for Cafc as a player and as manager of Liverpool managed to get them relegated in 1954 for the first time in 50 years. Everton got promoted to the 1st division the same season as Liverpool headed down and spent 8 season in the 2nd tier.

A legend in so many ways was Don Welsh.

He was a publican as well so maybe some misdemeanor from this period ?

Nathan Ashton. A right back who played in the League Cup c 2007 or 8.

Armed Robbery is what he was banged up for although I believe he was getaway driver rather than a gun pointer.

Graham French, ex-Luton Town, Peter Storey, Arsenal
Edit: Didn't realise it was ex-Charlton only

I now he only played one game for us in a Friendly but surely George Best warrants a starting place.

I had never heard of Graham French - just looked him up - wow, he sounds like a bit of a character - Luton fans rate him as one of their greatest ever players

He'd be the organiser of the end of season club trip.
Could sort out the pre-season destination as well.

    Who's the manager?
    Prison Officer 6287

Could have been Bowyer and/or Rayner but no one named in the article in the magazine.

Not sure about the manager but Matt Southall would be a good shout for Chairman.
Did Mark Hulyer wear arrowed clothing at all?

BWP got nicked in his Southampton days for pinching stuff out of a nightclub staffroom

    Cheers Len

If convictions for crimes against football count, there's a few eligible managers out there.
