Can’t get anything here in the US, no video, no sound. Says content is unavailable. It looks like it’s everything. I can’t play any of the old content either. That on the app and the web.

Anyone know the process for refunds? It says you're eligible if it's 20 mins or more disrupted, I can't see them fixing it in 10 mins

If you follow all the steps they require for a complaint, the match will be well over (screenshots, operating system, details of apps open etc etc etc)

TBF to them I had issues last week with multiple payments being taken and they refunded the lot within 2 hours of me emailing them. They know there is a widespread issue today so I'd guess refunds or credit for the next game will be forthcoming.
