The 46 year wait must be the 6-2 win over Southampton I saw that Friday night.
The 6-0 must be the last time we scored 6 at The Valley with a clean sheet.
Because a few weeks later I remember watching us beat League Leaders Notts County 6-1, when then new boy Mick Flanagan tore them apart almost on his own scoring a hat trick.
Last chance saloon time for Bonne. Like Morgan, Thomas, etc
Kanu is young, has a contract and plenty of time to prove himself, no rush.
I've got to day, the more I see of Thomas the more I think we should try to keep him around. It's been a weird season for him because he didn't have a proper pre season then he got hurt. But since he's come into the team he's looked mobile and good on the ball.
Albie has been great today and better since he came into the team a few weeks ago. It's just consistency with him. We know he's capable of games like this. We just will go weeks and months without seeing them.
As for Bonne, I doubt there's still a decision to be made. I agree with not rushing Kanu but 5-0 up against 10 is a good way to bed him into the side.
Also, we really need to sign Henry up. There is a tremendous amount of ability there.

Luke Leahy (Shrewsbury Town) wins a free kick in the defensive half.
Good link up play between Bonne and Miles on the edge of the area, Miles has the ball taken off his toes as he goes to shoot
I'm not there now.

First a lovely ball out to the wing, pinged straight to Cambell's feet, then a good shot that the keeper saved.
