Personally I am looking forward to Millwall going up, if only for the likely entertainment value of seeing how they get on with the likes of Man City next season. You would think so, but the last four are still there - Aston Villa, Fulham, Brentford and Notts Forest. Of course, Forest may well come down but the previous three are still there.
