Across the last two Ashes series, England have scored 350+ twice. Both in 2019.

The fact is, as the saying goes, we won't know what a good score is 'til both sides have batted on here. And I do believe that much will hinge on how and how many overs Moeen and Stokes can bowl. Unless Anderson, Broad and Robinson can skittle them of course.
There is, of course, one other aspect to this. Us scoring quickly means that the Aussies won't need to do so in order to get a result. Whereas doing so has always worked in our favour under Bazball, we might, inadvertently, have actually bought them time.1 -
