Their route if they finish second is Morocco, then probably Portugal. If they top the group it's Croatia followed by Brazil... can't see them wanting the latter over the former.

Ironically as things stand (Brazil and Portugal can change that) - But if the World Cup was one single Group... England would be top as things stand, with a better Goal Difference over the Netherlands and Morocco of all teams
