    Southgate saying in his pre-match press conference that the entire squad is available tomorrow, including Luke Shaw, they just need to make the decision whether to start or bench him.

    Makes sense to do the latter and give him 10-20mins, if we're winning.

    Been a great start to the tournament. However you sometimes get an open, exciting group stage, and then everyone goes cautious and defensive in the knockout stage.
