Has anyone told @ValleyGary's missus that she should expect Gareth round tonight?

I make us the favourites now. Can't see us being beat.

Pickford to Phillips as a unit are unbelievable at shutting down teams. Germany had a few snapshot chances but that unit didn't let them get a real hold of the game all 90 mins.

Sterling almost sounds bored being interviewed!!
You’d have thought he’d just played in a routine City win over Burnley!

Going to record the sad German faces and replay it when I am feeling down.
Felt a little sorry for the German girl crying, then I remembered they'd won the World Cup just a few years ago so didnt feel as bad - Try having 50+ years of hurt lass
I didn't. I was 5 years old when 96 happened and that was brutal on pens, she hasn't got a bloody clue!

I said his missus needs to expect Gareth, not @ValleyGary himself!!

Kane's header was wildly poor, but it went in so it was perfect.

With his head angle though he'd have headed wide if he got it right!
It was a perfect header. Put it where he wanted to, giving the keeper no chance. Plenty of negatives to say about his performance, stop making stuff up to be negative.
“wildly poor” headers don’t beat Manuel Neuer.

Some of you laughed when I said I'd stick with Southgate and that I thought he was doing a good job

He has a way of playing that gets results and I'll take that every day of the fucking week.

    C'mon England, c'mon Southgate
    Potty mouth.

Southgate’s conservative starting tactics paid off, well deserved win for England and now the route to the final has really opened up.

Very happy to watch this as a debrief. Gareth called it absolutely spot on by matching up the Germans.

Haha I really believe it though. 4 games in now and not only have we not conceded a goal, I can't remember any of the 4 putting us under any kind of sustained pressure.

    That’s the German Manager sacked
He was already leaving after this tournament. Writing’s been on the wall for him for a couple of years.

Let’s not get carried away, still a lot of good teams left and we lose home advantage playing in Rome Saturday night.

Klinsmann is a class act as a pundit. Wouldn’t mind him staying on board from here on in

Klinsman superb attitude despite the defeat.
Absolutely. I hated him when he played against us because he was excellent, but he’s a great character. You’ve got to love Jürgen the German. 😀

Always good to win without extra time, minimise the minutes in the legs
