I think he’s great!11

What a great heartfelt personal touch from Nige, certainly is a breath of fresh air
for the club, comes over not only positive, but an honest guy, well done boss.2 -
Big Rye says in the interview that the ‘boys are speaking to each other’. Makes me wonder what transpired previously.ForeverAddickted said:
Maybe they communicated by semaphore, or maybe there were rifts, resentments and refuseniks.

I don't know if Inniss is being a bit evasive on purpose about "the last regime" or whether he's genuinely just not bothered because it's done and in the past.ForeverAddickted said:
Either way the thing that Adkins seems to have done a very good job at is drawing a line and making it clear that everyone gets a clean slate and a new start. Gilbey and Inniss most obviously but I think the squad as a whole feel a bit more purposeful and driven now - theres certainly room for improvement but it feels more like they know what they are meant to be doing.3 -
Was thinking the same thing myself Seth. Regarding LB it looks to me like Ryan has taken the if you havnt got anything nice to say then better to say nothing at all approach. Might be reading too much into it.seth plum said:

I dont think you are mate. There were obviously issues in the camp for a few months. None of the players seem devastated LB went2

People with a positive and purposeful mindset who consciously apply it every day are few and far between. It's not the easiest thing to do when you start out wanting to be like this. It takes concentrated application over a long period of time, before It becomes second nature.
Nige is one of these people. I sincerely believe we will fly high with this man.5 -
That was a nice touch from Nige.1
-
Totally won over by Nige. Bows had started toget too negative. He has such a great outlook on life and a great fit for CAFC and TS.

Maybe LB knew the squad was rubbish but Mr Adkins is too positive and/or nice to let them know they are rubbish.
Either way we will still be in League 1 next season.7 -
^^^ Classic Grumps. I want to both 'like' and 'lol' this comment.grumpyaddick said:Maybe LB knew the squad was rubbish but Mr Adkins is too positive and/or nice to let them know they are rubbish.

I wonder if there's any out takes when he just loses it and launches in to a tourettes ridden tirade stripping down the whole squad , his life , his family and everythingclive said:19 -
You've got less of a chance finding those than Spurs winning the Premier League this season - and it's now mathematically impossible for them to do that!oohaahmortimer said:

Hahaha you can’t help but smile.I suspect it might be less appealing if we’re on a 7 game losing streak but still....2
