Everyone in the same situation with the transfer market and lots and lots of players out of contract will likely mean that due to the virus, and the ramifications it will cause in the market of football, you could potentially see deals being done quite late saving clubs from spending any more money on wages than they have to.
Going to be a very interesting 2 months, that’s for sure.
Will be weird for Rotherham and Coventry who've come up to the Championship. By the time next season starts they'll have gone almost 6 months without a competitive game.
Well those 3 points for us at lunchtime looking even more
important now. Have to admit I'm not feeling too confident about how
things will be looking this time next week though
Don’t worry, it’s in our own hands. What could possibly go wrong?.....
Millwall.
On Sky.
Need I say more?
Well I was right about Millwall on Sky, but luckily the other results largely went our way, so it could've been a lot, lot worse. Bristol City losing their manager could have a bit of an impact though, as their next three games are Hull, Middlesbrough and Stoke.
Please let this be the week where we hear news of a nice juicy points deduction to Sheffield Wednesday. The cheating bastards can't get away with this one, surely.
Really, if Wigan are getting -12 because of administration, the punishment for Wednesday ought to be more as they deliberately tried to gain an advantage and broke the rules. I can't see more than -12, but it would be beautiful if they got handed say a 16 point deduction. With that, we'd be 6 clear of the bottom 3 with 5 to go.

6 weeks after the 'normal' season finishes, and around 4 weeks after play-offs.
It would mean around 5 or 6 more midweek games next season.
Every point is going to be crucial come the end.
6 weeks isn't very long to build a squad and get them used to playing together.
It's another important reason why we ideally need to get a couple of wins asap so we can't start planning for next season.
