Supporters that have requested for their tickets to be posted should wait until the working day before the fixture before contacting the Ticket Office. These tickets will then be duplicated and made available for collection on the day of the match. Any away tickets that have been purchased and collection has been requested will be available to collect within one working day from The Valley. If away tickets are not collected within one working day of the fixture they will be sent to the away club and available to collect from there on the day of the fixture. Please note supporters are required to provide valid identification upon collection.
Following several requests from supporters, Charlton Athletic have updated the policy in order to overcome any issues with tickets not arriving in the post prior to the game. If tickets have not arrived, the Ticket Office staff can offer either to (i) re-print tickets and send them to the original address, (ii) re-print tickets and send them to an alternative address, (iii) re-print tickets and make them available for collection from The Valley, or (iv) send the information to Wembley Stadium so that the stadium authorities can re-print and present the original purchaser with tickets.
In order to do this, please note the following: (i) should you require tickets to be re-printed, the original credit card must be presented, (ii) we can only take requests for re-printing tickets by mail, therefore please post your request to the Ticket Office at The Valley at least three weeks before kick-off, (iii) you'll need to get your requests in a bit sharpish, because both the staff fuck off on holiday from tomorrow lunch time.12 -
Not yet. Mine are not printed yet when I logged in 10 mins ago. Play off tickets all arrived 1 working day after ordering but not panicking as they said 2 working days and they have 34,000 to shift.0

I'm sure the people that have got theirs already are the people that bought theirs on Saturday, having got mine yesterday I won't panic until the post has come on Thursday2

Does anyone else think that there are too many disabled/wheelchair tickets ?? Sounds like there are a good hundred or so left which could go to an able bodied person. Its not as if the 'space" couldn't be used by anyone else. Would peeve me if I couldn't get a ticket but saw on tv a number of empty seats.....and that would probably just be for their helper / carer.

Payment is still pending for me. Phoned the credit card company and they say they are waiting for charlton to take the money. So could this be why they have not been printed?
If anyone can give me any advice as in what to do now? Apart from just wait it out0 -
Just looked at that myself @Davo55 sign in to tickets, click on the top left drop down menu box , click on tickets, check the dot next to the Wembley tickets purchase and pull up the details. Yeah mine arrived this morning ordered first thing Saturday, my bank account (credit card) is also showing payment pending. For our final figure of fans at Wembley we have to add on those in Hospitality....not sure how or from whom you can get that figure from within The Wembley Club set up from whom the tickets are obtained, it could be a considerable number. Maybe as many as a thousand plus if you include those in the Directors Box set up.....which is probably called something else at Wembley.
Got conflicting info on here as yesterday they were supposed to be sold out, then someone today said there are still some available.........confusing.

Tickets are £269.....includes free bar pre and post match and at half time.1 -

That is just how card transactions work, they sit in a pending state for up to 7 days after the initial authorization until the company you are paying call for the money. So it's nothing to worry about and not the reason for the delay. It'll just be the volume of tickets.robroy said:Payment is still pending for me. The ‘printed’ thing I believe refers to printing at home (which obviously we couldn’t do). Mine didn’t change at all for the Doncaster game.
I ordered mine first thing Saturday and they haven’t arrived. Stop panicking people! They’ll come!1 -
