RD has actually burnt all the tickets, he’s just letting everyone think they’re going to Wembley.Simonsen said:Anyone else, who paid by card on-line, not had the money taken out of their account by CAFC yet?
when the sky cameras pan the Charlton end it’ll just be RD, Driesen, Fraeye and Meire sat there with smug grins on their faces.5 -
The block they opened up for sale this morning are all but gone unless you fancy back row, I make it there 199 left now with a majority of em being disabled seating. Terrific effort, not sure if there’s another block to be opened?!1

So are you getting the tickets do you knowElthamaddick said:

Just checked, and it's showing as pending which is slightly surprising as I paid on SaturdaySimonsen said:Anyone else, who paid by card on-line, not had the money taken out of their account by CAFC yet?0 -
We just don't have the big numbers of wheelchair fans that other clubs do. Our wheelchair numbers are an embarrassment.43

Same for me. Pending; approved but not yet charged.killerandflash said:

Obviously held some tickets/blocks back then0 -
Surly they will hold some back for the general release later this week, otherwise it would be a bit unfair on those for what ever reason that do not fit the existing criteria.

We had 36,700 odd so I’m assuming you must be right.charltonkeston said:Surly they will hold some back for the general release later this week, otherwise it would be a bit unfair on those for what ever reason that do not fit the existing criteria.0 -
Not sure how it's unfair? Existing members on the system should be the only people allowed to buy tickets for this game?charltonkeston said:Surly they will hold some back for the general release later this week, otherwise it would be a bit unfair on those for what ever reason that do not fit the existing criteria.

transaction on my CC app still says pending, I have the confirmation email from the club
tickets not arrived this morning
the wait goes on.....;)0 -
Think its risky putting them on General Sale to be honest
Dont see why we need to12 -
Yes. I did 2 separate transactions on Sunday morning with a credit card and neither have come through which is a little strange compared to most transactions. I did try to call the ticket office this morning but the voicemail says it "is now closed until Monday". I have the confirmation emails, so will just have too sit tight and assume no cock-up.Simonsen said:Anyone else, who paid by card on-line, not had the money taken out of their account by CAFC yet?0 -
Takes a few days for all transactions to clear, but the money has been grabbed by the club and just needs to go through.Elthamaddick said:transaction on my CC app still says pending, I have the confirmation email from the club

I booked tickets yesterday (Monday) and my credit card shows as pending too, assume it means they have yet to send tickets. Have had the confirmation email.1

I’m getting the impression that anyone on this forum who wanted a ticket has now ordered one. Correct or are there others waiting for tickets on general release?

I'd have thought they'd want to sell them as quick as possible and bugger off home. Not wait until thursday and then have to post more tickets out.charltonkeston said:Surly they will hold some back for the general release later this week, otherwise it would be a bit unfair on those for what ever reason that do not fit the existing criteria.2 -
So if we sell all 36,700, I believe that exceeds the number we took in 1998. That means I will be in the largest gathering of Addicks in my lifetime. I reckon the previous largest must have been sometime in the 1950s.
What do you reckon, @Airman Brown ?2 -
Wow and you are really old. I had best take the opportunity to buy you a pint on Sunday before it's too late. 😉PragueAddick said:So if we sell all 36,700, I believe that exceeds the number we took in 1998. We all want promotion.

Didn't we get 40k for Derby in 68/69?PragueAddick said:So if we sell all 36,700, I believe that exceeds the number we took in 1998. That means I will be in the largest gathering of Addicks in my lifetime. I reckon the previous largest must have been sometime in the 1950s.

Also, "unofficially" the Spurs game in seventy-whatever.
Otherwise you could be right0 -
Was you not at the opening of the national train museum in 1975 then?PragueAddick said:So if we sell all 36,700, I believe that exceeds the number we took in 1998. Sunderland sales not going as well as they hoped with just under 30k sold as of noon today. They've just increased the number of tickets for members to six each.
As one of the posters on RtG says "Outnumbered by Charlton "
