Interesting looking back at our line up in the play-offs last year. Bauer could be the only player that started the first leg in the starting 11 on Sunday.
Morgan’s ability to pick out a pass could be crucial, and Aribo’s done really well in that centre attacking midfield role recently. Reckon a hard fought draw on Sunday and then we blow them away at a sold out Valley on Friday. COYR
Completely different vibe than last year. The we just about scraped into the play offs & played an in form Shrews team. This year we are the in form team & the way we have been playing over the past 6/8 weeks I feel very confident.
Our abandoned game with Doncaster in 13/14 lost them 3 points, they were 3-1 up when it was called off. They would not have been relegated if they won this game.
This will be pay back time for them.
They had a man sent off and would have been defending the deep end. We would have won as we had the better swimmers. They got relegated because they were crap all season. There is no payback to be claimed.
I disagree, they would have got 3 points from the game and clearly that would have kept them up.
Doncaster fans are not fond of us due to this game.

They can’t blame us for the weather and the refs decision.
Its funny how every fan believes their team will win promotion when in the play-offs. I was in the Doncaster Box Office this afternoon, collecting my tickets (unofficially) but the fans in there were talking to the counter staff about how busy they will be when they are at Wembley. So despite the huge gap in points in the league table and the form guide, the fans all believe. I hope we win as I work in Doncaster, but being cocky doesn't always follow with a happy ending. I think 1-1 and on top similar to the league game.
I hope you're boss is not a Doncaster fan and vindictive!
All fans get optimistic with the excitement of the rewards, however, my heart says promotion but my head says League 1 next season.

But there's no guarantee of that. They would have been defending the swamp end, and with 10 men. That end was far worse than the JS goalmouth and a complete lottery
Watching in from the Canaries and nervous a hell just reading this thread. Have seat booked at the bar tomorrow and back Wednesday in time for the home game.
Having broken my own boycott for the Luton game, I am taking my dad who hasn’t seen a home game in 3 years. We’ve both missed ordinary days at Charlton, but this is extraordinary.
If the old twunt (not you dad, the Belgian fella) won’t bugger off, I don’t want my dad missing any more of our games!
COME ON YOU RIP ROARING GOAL SCORING ADDICKS!!!!!! 🔴⚪️

I'm confident but this is going to be a tough game. We bossed things for the first half hour up there and the home game was one of the easiest wins all season but in the second half up there they got up a real head of steam and had us on the ropes. They only need to do that for a spell up there and score a couple of goals and things start to look very different. Overall, i think we should and will get through the 2 legs but its far from a formality. Anything from a draw upwards should be seen as a good result. Looking forward to getting up there again tomorrow and being in the away end this time which will be rocking. COYR!!!!!!!
be good if we can get behind parker tomorrow as well - he's not perfect but he has got some good attributes and with a bit of confidence he might just surprise a few people over the next few weeks
Felt like the Oxford game would go against us, just had the feeling. This week I feel much more like I did pre-Luton - unbeatable. A win for the Addicks in front of a packed away end.

Chris Solly remains suspended following his dismissal at Oxford and subsequent unsuccessful appeal.
Igor Vetokele is likely to remain unavailable with a groin complaint, but Jonny Williams passed a fitness test on Thursday, meaning he could be involved.
There are no new injury concerns for Doncaster boss McCann to worry about with goalkeeper Ian Lawlor and defender Joe Wright recently returning to training.
We will come unstuck..hope the players don't think like some of our supporters who already think were in the championship let alone Wembley. 2-0 stroll for Donny

1-2. Taylor & Parker.
It's impressive DRFC have their own police force.
The pitch was unplayable. .
