  • If you believe the bust up with Arter was anything to do with Mrs Arter then you will believe anything!
Moo2 got a raw deal because he was 'different'. Didn't smoke, didn't drink, didn't go to nightclubs and thus didn't really fit in.
I'm led to believe that he was very much the kid bullied at school who snapped at the bully. Arter being the bully

He is a strict muslim hence he didn't do nightclubs/drink etc. kept himself to himself & didn't socialise with the rest of the team.
Looked a class player when he started the season, some have said he was poor defensively, have to say I never noticed.

Is it any of the clubs business what two consenting adults get up to? I've not heard his liaison with Arter's mum occured on club premises. I have followed Arter's career closer than most and check out his yellow/red count, mainly as a winger. He has a short fuse. Can anyone confirm the bust up was Moo2s fault?

I still believe Arter will play at least our current level.

Arter is a bit of a cock according to several people who were "fortunate" enough to meet him outside a nightclub in Maidstone while he was with us.

Lighting cigarettes with £20s and saying do you know who I am.

Clearly no one did as he had not even played for us.
back when every young person had bebo (the facebook of its day) i found arter on it and he did seem like an absolute bellend. Weren't arter and josh wright best mates in the academy? If arter's attitude/personality is anything like wright's i'm pretty sure moo2 had, in his own mind, a justifiable reason to have a pop.
  • Isn't Arter related in some way to Scott Parker?

Ollie, that's not what Kinsella said at Bromley addicks some years ago (after Moots & others had left the club).

He said that Moots was the ringleader of a few, let's say, trouble makers.

In fact he got very angry just thinking about him.

    Just saying.
  • What's the story then mate?

That's pretty much it. Kins never said who the others were, but said something to suggest that they spoke the same language or English wasn't their 1st language. So, Moots was the ringleader of a few that were let's say not being fully supportive.

I'm guessing that perhaps Racon & Youga may have been the others, allegedly.
  • Fair one, so Yassin is meant to have tuned up Harry Arters mum?

It may well have been their reluctance to train hard, be on time etc. I don't know.
I think I remember him saying Moots was a disgrace, which may have been after that game at Scunny was it ? where he didn't even seem to bother trying in a game.

I remember a couple of away games where Moo2 was terrible one of which was the Scunny game. Ok going forward but couldnt defend.
Dont buy the story of him as a ring leader - more likely he didnt get on with certain people. Kinsella seems pretty limited in the way he views things.
  • Lots of potential but went the wrong way. Shame because he looked very good in that first game.
  • If Kins said he was a twat then a twat he was

    Therry Racon might though

    :-)

  • I believe it all kicked off as a result of an insane training ground tackle and Arter was not the only player who wanted to serve Yassin up. In any team based situation making your team-mates and bosses feel that you are not a person that they can rely on, is bad. Can't say that I can really deny Vinnie's claim about Arter outside a Bournemouth nightclub but does it really seem likely that a player who has gotten no higher than the third division at a small club would be burning 20s? In a small town where he might be recognized. In the age of the internet where everyone is carrying a camera phone? Occam's razor.
  • Im off to look for Yassin or Arter on twitter - they'll know the answer
  • He passed the ball to that patterson guy who played scunthrope in our own box and they scored. Don't remember seeing him again after that mistake. Hyped up and very common to all of Pardew signings he was crap
