    Was at the Rangers match yesterday, the team is completely devoid of creativity (who else does that sound like in my life…!).

    That Smith statue is fantastic. I remember Danny Baker saying that the mark of a good statue is whether the trousers look realistic. That whole suit looks like it could be worn by one of those pavement artist types. Magnificent. The team may be devoid of creativity, but at least someone at the club has a creative streak in them.

    Going up to see the Dundee boys in a couple of weeks, we booked the trip as they are away to Hearts and fancied a away game only to find out they only get given 650 tickets, so now staying in Dee both Friday and allday Saturday and getting on it with them, mates since 1988, top top lads who still come down once a year to watch us.

    Apparently that’s the allocation Hearts are giving everyone, except Hibs. They say it’s because of their own season ticket demands. Not sure how that works if they change it for Hibs. Those 650 include those set aside for the players, sponsors & corporates, so practically nothing for fans.

    Celtic open up a 7pt gap over Aberdeen in second place by beating them 1-0. Celtic also have a game in hand over them.

    Not really much of a surprise though. I read that Celtic spent more on Idah (who barely even starts games) than Aberdeen have spent in the last 6 years.

    Since Hagi's return Rangers seem to have improved.

    Might give Aberdeen a battle for second spot.

    Thats not Celtics fault, Rangers have had the financial clout over Celtic in the past. But i suspect there are other leagues where that happens. But i cant be arsed to check.

    Heart breaker that one. Dessers not taking a penalty in the shootout is pretty disgraceful for a striker.

    Cracking game to watch. Some great football, mixed with some pretty poor touches/passes too. Closer than I would have lied. Rangers certainly lifting their game and that’s how the atmosphere should be at Celtic/Rangers games!!

    definitely the one fixture  of footy I’d watch if I was only allowed to watch one , the madness of the fans , I mean that fruit in rangers end who was orchestrating the fans wasn’t even watching the game , the chavs without tops on . It’s just brilliant and the pandemonium when there’s a goal , love it .

    That’ll really sting Rangers as that game was there for them. I thought Celtic were really off it today bar a few nice moments/movements.
    It’s a result that might annoy some Rangers fans too as I think it’ll buy Clement even more time. 
    Exciting enough game though and long may such games continue.
