Just seen Exeter vs Wycombe highlights, 1-0 to Exeter. Lyle Taylor provides a neat defence splitting pass that results in a penalty which is saved by Exeter goalie. He should have taken it.Just saying. It's not the end of the season yet.

Putting the football aside, it's a yes from me just for the entertainment value on here!
He has started 3 games and come off the bench in 6, so total 9 game involvements, playing 354 minutes total (games against the likes of AFC Wimbledon, Morecambe, Reading, Exeter, Orient, Vale, Shrews). He has no goals or assists.
Maybe his fitness comes back but he wasn't worth the bother so far. Tomorrow the window opens and if our owners and recruitment team bring in a JCH or Humphrys we will be much better off than having gone back to LT...
Had a look at the Wycombe forum... their fans view so far are below; they don't seem overly impressed:
"I'll give you my opinion on Lyle Taylor as a footballer if I ever see him play football."
"Dale and Lyle Taylor are both easily managed by big Centre Backs playing League One football. I.e. wrapping them tight, using the body and getting away with it."
"I’d take issue with Lyle Taylor - he has been pretty poor the whole time. Spends more time on his backside flailing his arms and crying like a banshee. His heading had been poor as well, not at it, a bit like Hanlan. He has really disappointed me"
"Lyle Taylor can do one. Cut the theatrics until you have at least delivered something, anything, a challenge, an attempt to win a ball. How he got past the character test is a mystery."
"Gawd, him and Lyle Taylor up front rolling about, waving their arms, shouting at officials and team-mates and shaking their heads after another failed run forward would certainly be a complete culture change at AP!🙂"
"I am not convinced Lyle Taylor has done enough to warrant a contract extension beyond the short term deal he is on."
It's not the end of the season yet. Said that early on. Happy to eat humble pie, eaten plenty in my time. Definitely the qualities we need , just the issue if he's lost too much from sitting around at Nott F. Anyway he'll firing on all cylinders by the time the season ends.
Wasn’t even on the bench on Monday, did his short term deal expire 31st December?
Contracted for another 3 games but doesn't want to get injured.
Great sign him up "I have a particular set of skills, skills that make me a nightmare for defenders.Sign me now and that will the end of it. But if you don't I will find you and score against you"

Happy New year to you also
Yep. There is a fan on their forum saying he has been released but it's only one person so may be wrong.
Has joined Cambridge. Wycombe fans quite happy by the looks of it, 9 appearances 0 goals.
