But you have to form a plan based on what you have and the situation and try. Maybe Williams can play a bigger part - I hope so - He is a key player.

I dont think that is what he was trying to say, he said "nobody expected him to do what he did and it shows the job we do here" or something like that, he is trying to say I think; "nobody expected him to be that good and it shows the job we do here"

That doesn't sound like a major issue ..... just that no risks were taken and the player could be properly assessed.
Seems unlikely to me that either would be ready for Fulham let alone Preston.
I just hope that none of returnees are rushed back or overplayed too early. That was what caused JFC to break down again.
