    Another rule change mentioned in this, perm signings have to be over the line by 9th August

    Given how crap we are at this anyway, starting early and signing players on deadline day, this just moves our disappointment to earlier in the season.

    As the Rat is stalling, if a takeover isn't done by then we could be down to bare bones very quickly.
