Worst is that she called us fans CUSTOMERS. Her words and not Duchatelet's. She could not organise ticket sales or programme sales and these are fundamentals.
This 100% As a match sponsor myself in recent seasons she never engaged with us (10 people) once, in fact I overheard her say on one occasion "she cannot be bothered with all of that".
I hope she is a failure wherever she goes and I suspect she will be.
In her first year, prior to the Keith Peacock Suite being moved from what is now the Vista Lounge, we were invited to eat in what was then the Boardroom.
KM ate her own meal whilst we were there, but didn't speak to any of those who had been 'invited' to eat there. I remarked at the time that I thought it was strange as I would have thought that an invitation to eat in the Boardroom would involve speaking to the CEO.
I later realised that it was just a sweetener prior to moving the KPS to the old Boardroom and not a chance for the CEO to meet her 'customers'.
Can someone write up a post detailing everything she’s done to us and pump it out to the Wednesday fans. Hope they know exactly what’s she’s done to us.
