Keeper is only 17 and it's his debut. Nerves to be expected. Had a chat with him earlier and he's a lovely chap. Came over for a trial at 13 and was told we'd give him a 2 year scholarship provided he grew. He came back and the rest is history.
I guess you mean Maynard-Brewer rather than their 'keeper?
Ahearne-Grant has looked lively but a bit wasteful, am sure he'll get his sharpness in front of goal back but he wont get countless chances in front of goal each League game
Ceballos is going to surprise people this season, mark my words. There's a player in there and definitely one that can unlock a bang average league one division
Maybe this is the reason Reeves hasn't signed, Karl had looked at Ceballos in training and thinks he can be the number 10.

Or he's been told he can have one or the other
To be fair if Ceballos and Kashi save us money in certain areas so it can be spent in others then all the better!!
How many months have they been training and playing friendlies ? I can't remember the last time I saw a charlton team run about this much in a friendly or be able to pass and kick the ball straight this side of September
The whole coverage (once it came on via YouTube) was very impressive. Olly did a very good job and I really enjoyed listening to Mark Kinsella throughout - what a top man.

Should be a tougher test tomorrow.
Expect tomorrow's thread to be sunk
