Different dishes require different condiments
Cod and chips requires salad cream
Bacon sandwich requires ketchup
Sausage sandwich requires brown sauce

Almost all of the M&S sauces are quality but specifically:
American Mustard Mayo
Spicy Cajun
Peri Mayo
Also, Newman's Own Ranch Sauce is quality.
And saving the best until last... Dijonnaise.1 -
And balsamic vinegar on everything1

Top shelf of fridge is completely taken up eith condiments!

Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce also they do the same with Lemon grass & a Ginger one...the Hot Chilli goes on pretty much everything...1
