I've just read back through about 15-20 pages and i can't find anything of note that he's said that would give the impression of him being in the know.
The only time he appears to say anything is when the likes of Redhenry or NLA post and he just follows up with something like "yes that's my understanding too". The guy has revealed absolutely nothing of note and won't even provide answers when questioned.

I think some people have shown themselves up on this thread. The club will be sold. It will happen soon. Things are moving in the background and it will happen. I'm not ITK at all but it's going through. I'm trying to decide if the drama on here is a wind up or if some people are just drama queens. Maybe it's just to get likes and LOLs which, at the end of the day, amounts to the same thing anyway. The only thing I can assume is that some people just don't have a life away from Charlton Life. It's like an addiction.
Just get on with your 'proper' life and you'll find it'll suddenly appear on the Official Site that we've been sold and we'll be happy. That's far better than hanging on every drama on this thread which is just a total waste of time. In my opinion of course.

I don't know but I think the reason February was mentioned by murray and Keohane is because that was RD's own deadline to sell.
But it's just as likely to be as you say and that he hangs on until he gets his price, deluded as he is.

Four weeks ago the story I heard was that the Australians had agreed to pay £25m for the land (Valley and training ground) and were negotiating around £20m for the club. Hence £45m.
That valuation for the club appears high, but is likely to be based on the Gomez, Lookman add-ons and the expected fee for Konsa, as well as others. I’m now hearing that the value being put on past and future transfer deals is the stumbling block.
If the parties were very far apart or there was no prospect of an early sale two weeks ago, Murray surely wouldn’t be saying the opposite on the record. What’s in it for him to do so?
