Been detached from following this too closely over the last week, but if I try and weigh up what seems the most likely rumour aspects its as follows
- strong rumours that following a review by the EFL, one or two investors who were part of the consortium no longer are
- strong rumours that the consortium reduced their offer, whether as a result of losing investors or for a different reason
- Roland 'reacted badly' and sold Konsa. Attempts were made to buy off the o/s director debt at a reduced rate, which appears to have been unsuccessful. RD has since re-engaged with forming budget plans based on a non-takeover
- Loose / fixed deadlines set for finalising consortium / proving funding capability / completion
- @JamesSeed now believes that the consortium have plugged the investor gap that was created during the EFL process
Not as detailed a summary as Henners excellent ones, but am I following what are perceived to be the most likely of the rumours / info being shared?6 -
