5k less today for their Saturday cup match against Prem opposition than against us for their midweek game just before Christmas , must be our massive away following that made the difference . Good to see 11 changes allowed for teams in FA Cup but dare you change 6 in the checkshirt trophy against u-23 sides , what a joke
are tickets not available on-line? how much do they rip me off for booking by phone?
Also, are theyavailable in person?
I went and bought two in the club shop yesterday, and managed to avoid Kenny.
Are these still restricted sale ?
I am not a season ticket holder now, or in valley gold, I had my red card and bought two tickets in the club shop with no problem at all. And no surcharge either.
Sticking by my guns and not going, would normally be right up for this , but just can't be bothered with it anymore.
They have sold out their end, the biggest game of the season, new players on show, young Charlton talent making their mark......and you can't be bothered. I am afraid you are lost, which is so sad.
I hope that as the bid day looms you will get your mojo back.
Anyway, got mine and the boys ticket today. Goddards in the morning then boozing around Greenwich, before heading to the match is the plan. Looking forward to it. Am more confident than I was before the home game, but look how wrong I got that, so you never know.
I haven't been to a Charlton v Millwall game since the 0-0 draw on 31 Dec 1966 (I was 10), which was, I think, the first game I went to after my granddad (JS) died, and the first I went to without him. We stopped going to Millwall where he'd been a director, and my dad wanted to take me to The Valley for the first time, to show me the club which had been such a large part of granddad's life. I remember being very impressed by the sheer scale of The Valley. It felt like a bit of a homecoming, despite the fact I'd heard how granddad was bitter about his exit from the club.
But this will be the first time I'll have been to a Charlton v. Millwall match supporting Charlton.

He knows that his players will thrive off of next weeks game. They always do.
Ours will roll over. Not sure about having so many players making their debuts, can't remember one having a good game against the spanners. Whereas the spanners bring on Easter and he scores with his first touch for them.
And that attitude is why they never lose to us and usually win.
Exactly, and we have a lot of fans who cannot be bothered or are indifferent.
This game is more important than who owns the club.
I'll be breaking my boycott, as it's a game that I still care about us winning. It is not, however, more important than who owns the club. I'd take a 5-0 defeat if it meant that Roland sold up the following day.

Does this mean we'll win?
we won't win.
