    Oscar nominee. How ludicrous. Glad it was caught on camera. He has been totally shamed and will be justly ridiculed for his outrageous overreaction. Don't need this in football.

    Metz game abandoned after firecracker thrown at keeper. Whilst the keeper received treatment a second firecracker landed nearby.

    that's what I was expecting this thread to be about, bit disappointed it hasn't fired up some pro/anti smoke bomb arguments if I'm honest!

    If anyone stopped a Charlton match by throwing smoke bombs/other explosives at players I'd want life bans for them and for anyone who even remotely supported their actions
