I'd prefer a Roy Keane style and experience to the nicey fluffy NA school of management. Just what a L1 side needs.
Alex Neil to Sunderland .. started off his career with a real bang .. not been so hot lately .. this job will be a make or break for him and possibly for Sunderland for the foreseeable future
Sensible I think - particularly with the way they go through managers. More teams should do it. To many managers get big contracts and don’t really give a shit if they do well or not.

I have either lived or worked in Bradford (funny enough never both at the same time, unless you count working from home) for over a decade. It's not dissimilar to Leeds where I have also lived and worked for 20 years, some at the same time
